This page gives a plain-language overview of the current privacy approach. Formal production GDPR documentation will be expanded before advertising and payments launch.
Uploaded files
Uploaded and converted files use generated storage names and are designed to be stored outside the public website directory. Completed files are served through controlled download endpoints.
Retention
The current Free plan uses a 7-day retention period. Premium is planned to use 90 days. Automatic cleanup removes expired files and does not refund conversion quota.
Accounts and security
Registered accounts use password hashing, server-side sessions and authorization checks for account-only file operations.
Advertising
Advertising may be introduced on public pages. Consent and cookie requirements will be implemented before advertising technology requiring consent is enabled.
